Paula Lucas

Paula and her husband Tony, made the decision to relocate to Whangamata from Christchurch a number of years ago.

Now well established in the community, they are loving living and working here.

Paula comes from a background of 15 years in the Residential and Commercial Property Management as well as managing a rapidly growing payroll company servicing the NZ business community.

Paula’s ability to relate to people at all levels, and her attention to detail, saw the substantial growth of the payroll business each year.

This, along with her lovely friendly nature, has translated into a successful career in real estate ,demonstrated by the many "Customer Satisfaction" 10 out of 10 awards she has received. The comments on these can be viewed on Paula's testimonial page. 

Her husband Tony, who she works together with , was recently awarded an "Outstanding Acheivement Award" for Customer Service, a reflection of the work they both put in, to make sure of happy customers!

She acheived the status of "Executive Member" for 2017, another measure of her success. 

Paula is also actively involved in the local community, previously serving on the committee for Enterprise Whangamata (the local business organization). She was previously an active member of the Whangamata Community Patrol, and was one of the organizers of the Whangamata Fun and Wellness Expo.
