The office’s linked Stage 1 form and Stage 2 form serve different stages. Confirm the current forms and return instructions with the team before completing them. Provide later-stage identity and ability-to-pay information only when requested for the relevant checks.
Read the privacy statement and ask why any requested information is needed if it is unclear. A full application should not be required merely to view a property. Do not send identity or financial documents through a general enquiry form.
