Super Gold Card

Ray White offers eligible SuperGold cardholders a 10% discount on the commission for listing and selling their residential property, under the national offer terms.

Arrange the discount before signing

The cardholder must be an owner of the property. Request the offer before signing the agency agreement and make sure the discount is recorded on that signed agreement. The discount is calculated from the agency’s normal gross standard commission and applies at the time of sale. It cannot be combined with another offer or promotion.

Ask your salesperson to explain the commission calculation, GST and any separate marketing charges so the full selling proposal is clear. Read the current Ray White SuperGold terms and confirm the agreed offer in writing.
